As a form of appreciation for academic achievement and support for youth education, CV Sinar Baja Electric (SBE) carried out a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative titled “Scholarship Program for High-Achieving Employees’ Children.” This activity reflects SBE’s commitment to improving the quality of human resources, especially within the company’s extended family.

Through this program, SBE awarded educational scholarships to 11 children of employees who demonstrated outstanding academic performance. Each recipient received educational assistance, which was symbolically handed over by the HRD team.

This program serves as a token of appreciation for the dedication of the employees who work with the company, while also motivating their children to continue excelling in their studies. The scholarship aims to foster strong learning enthusiasm among the recipients.

Through this initiative, SBE shows its concern not only for employees but also for the well-being and future of their families.
